The first key step in creating significant organisational change is awareness – at every level – of the benefits, challenges, opportunities, etc of a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce and, importantly, how each individual can assist in achieving meaningful change.
Additionally, staff in groups that have traditionally not enjoyed the opportunities and benefits of those in other groups often require specialised, targeted training that develops the knowledge, capability, and confidence required to close the gap.
The DEI Group offers the following qualifications/certifications, and short courses, designed to be reflective and engaging to build on shared learning:
Please note:
- Short courses and coaching is contextualised to the needs of each organisation and/or cohort and have been developed to be highly engaging, discussion, shared learning, and activity focused workshops
- Sessions and can be delivered face-to-face, virtually, online, or in a blended format
- One-day blended courses include a half-day of self-paced, 'chunked' (5-10 minute), online learning modules plus a half-day face-to-face or virtually facilitated workshop. Half-day blended courses are delivered in the same 50/50 online and F2F/virtual split.
- All courses focus on both the successful acquisition AND transfer of learning
- Digital badges are available for all short courses
