Impact visibility

Mindful of the 2022 Act’s requirements for visibility and reporting on impact and outcomes, the DEI Group offers the following:

  • Stakeholder engagement/information distribution strategies and tools
  • Course attendance and completion data
  • Course participant evaluation reports
  • Course facilitator evaluation and recommendation reports
  • D&I digital badging for completion of selected courses (see below)
  • Impact analysis and reporting

What is Digital Badging?

To drive greater visibility of your DEI initiatives, the DEI Group offers digital badging for completion of selected courses, which can be displayed on social media profiles, digital bios and other public documents.

The digital badges indicate the course completed and can either be in a DEI Group format or, if preferred and approved, as a department-specific digital badge.
