DELIVERING AT SCALE

We recognise that for all departments, and particularly the larger ones, the ability to deliver at scale is critical. 

The DEI Group* offers a licensed Train the Trainer program and course materials for many of our solutions, from workshops to internal coaching/mentoring and sponsorship programs, allowing accredited in-house facilitators to deliver on an ongoing basis in your organisation.

Additionally, the DEI Group’s suite of on-line Diversity & Inclusion resources can be licenced and, if required, contextualised and re-branded to be department-specific, and made available in an immediate, flexible, prescriptive and/or self-paced delivery format.
